Division 05

Strategic Solutions & Representations

Strategic representations, partnerships and selected opportunities that complement the wider MY PRINCESS ecosystem — with Green City Parking and its smart parking systems as the current key representation.

The approach

Strategic representations and partnerships

The Strategic Solutions & Representations division is where MY PRINCESS evaluates, develops and represents selected strategic opportunities and partnerships that complement the company's wider ecosystem.

For us, a representation is not simply a brand added to a list. It is a relationship of trust examined carefully before it is taken on: the logic of the opportunity, its fit with our other activities, and its prospects in the market.

The approach is constant. We examine the opportunity, discuss the terms with the partner, and move forward once the framework is clear.

Strategic representations and partnerships.

Green City Parking

Parking as a question of urban space, not as leftover surface

Green City Parking is the current key representation MY PRINCESS is developing: a proposition for better use of urban space, with a view to public space and the quality of city life.

The opportunity

Green City Parking

Green City Parking is the representation MY PRINCESS is developing in the field of urban parking, starting from a simple observation: cities need a better way of using a scarce resource — urban space.

The rationale of the proposition is vertical, space-efficient parking as a concept: more capacity within a smaller footprint, with respect for sustainability and the quality of urban life.

MY PRINCESS is developing its representation of Green City Parking in Greece, with the final territorial scope and exclusivity terms subject to the relevant agreement.

What is published here concerns the rationale and philosophy of the initiative, not binding specifications or terms of collaboration.

How we work

How we approach a strategic representation

Taking on a representation or developing a solution follows a consistent path, from evaluation through to its place within the wider group. Each step is presented as its own chapter.

01

Evaluation

How we evaluate a representation opportunity

Before taking on a representation, we examine the substance of the opportunity: the real need it is meant to address, the seriousness of the party behind it, and its fit with the group's values and other activities.

In the case of Green City Parking, the representation is being developed in Greece, with the final territorial scope and exclusivity terms subject to the relevant agreement.

  • Substance of the opportunity
  • Partner credibility
  • Fit with the group
  • Long-term perspective

Urban space

Parking as a matter of quality of life

How a city manages parking directly shapes its public space, traffic and the everyday experience of its residents. It is a question of design, not merely of surface.

Green City Parking starts from this observation, aiming for a more sustainable and more human relationship between the vehicle and the city.

  • Public space
  • Sustainability
  • Quality of urban life
  • Long-term thinking

Readiness

Preparing a representation

As a representation develops, we look carefully at what is needed to support it properly: people, market knowledge and cooperation with the right divisions of the company.

We publish only what is certain. For Green City Parking, territorial scope and exclusivity terms are subject to the relevant agreement.

  • People
  • Market knowledge
  • Internal cooperation
  • Responsible commitments

Connection with the group

How a representation connects with the group

No representation is examined in isolation. An opportunity such as Green City Parking speaks to the knowledge held across Development & Construction, Real Estate, Investment & Consulting and Mobility.

It is this internal dialogue that allows the group to assess an opportunity with rigour, before taking on any commitment toward third parties.

  • Real Estate
  • Development & Construction
  • Investment & Consulting
  • Mobility

A representation is only as good as the seriousness with which it is prepared.

For Green City Parking, territorial scope and exclusivity are subject to the relevant agreement.

Method

From opportunity to relationship

The stages we follow before taking on any strategic representation or solution.

  1. 01

    Defining the question

We state explicitly what problem or opportunity is under review and what a successful outcome would look like.

  2. 02

    Understanding the context

We record the context and rationale of the opportunity, without presupposing outcomes.

  3. 03

    Dialogue with the partner

We discuss the opportunity with the party behind it, weighing the long-term value of the relationship.

  4. 04

    Internal alignment

We discuss the opportunity with the group divisions it concerns, so the approach remains consistent.

  5. 05

    Shaping the terms

The terms of a representation — territory, scope, exclusivity — are shaped and finalised progressively.

  6. 06

    Announcement & launch

Only once terms are finalised are the details of a collaboration announced publicly.

Integration

An opportunity with many connections

Parking, the building around it and the way a city functions are closely connected. The value of an initiative such as Green City Parking depends on how well it fits within that wider picture.

The representation is discussed with the group's development and mobility divisions, so the opportunity is assessed with knowledge of the wider urban context, not in isolation.

  • Urban space
  • Everyday experience
  • Relationship with the group
  • Integration of greenery
